About This Cause
At Good Foot, we believe in individual potential. For the past 15 years, our delivery service has proudly employed over 80 talented individuals from the Autistic and neurodivergent community, creating a vibrant and inclusive workforce. Being a Good Foot courier isn’t just about a job; it’s about unlocking opportunities for personal and professional growth. Our Couriers develop essential skills—ranging from customer service to teamwork—that enhance their careers and foster a deep sense of self-worth, independence, and well-being. Thanks to the dedication of our Couriers and staff, Good Foot has flourished over the last decade, allowing us to expand our team and uplift even more members of the neurodivergent community. For many of our Couriers, Good Foot has become a second family where belonging, understanding, and support thrive.
