About This Cause
Luna Child and Youth Advocacy Centre: Luna is a light that’s always on for children and youth. We draw inspiration from the moon: a powerful presence that dispels the darkness and lets the truth shine through. We are a clear, bright beacon, inspiring communities to stand up for young people, especially when their path seems darkest. We are also a soft presence and a safe place where they can tell their stories and discover a clear path forward. At our core, Luna is a multidisciplinary team of experts who work together to surround every client with the support they need to build a foundation of resilience. Like the moon, which is both a constant and ever-changing presence, we are a Centre of long-term support, healing and renewal. By pulling together, we shift the tide against abuse, helping communities rally together for the protection of children and youth. No matter how challenging the path might be, Luna is light when you need it most.
