About This Cause
Mind Ally was registered as a Canadian Charity in 2013, and headquartered in Ottawa, Canada, that aims to build peer-support networks of mental health survivors and supportive collaborative-based partnerships offering mental health practitioners, programs, services and support resource connections across Canada and globally. Mind Ally is a collaborative “connector” mental wellness organization utilizing a robust internet platform with a growing base of Mind Ally Volunteers and Collaborative Partner Alliances who have “lived experiences” or mental wellness expertise with a passionate desire to give back in order to connect: 1. those personally, their families and workplaces encountering or suffering from mental health, addictions and suicide challenges on a “peer-to-peer” support basis to realize they are not alone and to discover effective pathways to their own healing solutions and healing modalities; 2. existing highly effective community-based mental health support individuals, organizations, programs, services, support resources, professional mental wellness practitioners, including nutritional and spiritual life coaches with their effective healing modalities; and 3. a strategic local, national and global Collaborative Partner Alliance network offering personal development, self-empowerment programs and self-care learning to help people reach their highest potential to lead happy, prosperous, purposeful and fulfilling lives. As a global collaborative connector mental wellness organization focused on local, national and global expansion Mind Ally is well-positioned to be replicated around the world with several countries aiming to establish their own version of Mind Ally. These countries will assume full independent responsibility to develop and fund their own operations based on common criteria and branding shared by Mind Ally Canada under direction of the Canadian Board of Directors.
