CEASE Strategies: Heal the Harm, Build for the Future, Inspire Positive Social Change. CEASE is an Edmonton-based, grassroots organisation that builds bridges over poverty and helps people creates pathways out of sexual exploitation and sex trafficking.
About This Cause
CEASE vision: A community of hope, respect and transformation for individuals, families and communities affected by sexual exploitation, sex trafficking and social inequality. CEASE offers individuals (women, men, 2SLGBTQIA) coaching, material support and opportunities to create an improved future for themselves and their families through bursaries, trauma recovery, court support, financial literacy and matched savings, peer support, poverty relief, referrals to housing and other community and government support programs.
