O3 empowers young vulnerable families who face significant socioeconomic barriers and are seeking opportunities to strengthen their autonomy, self-determination, and sense of belonging. Our individualized, culturally safe programs and services promote opportunities for growth and well being, leading to improved parenting, education and career, financial literacy, mental health, healthy relationships, and healthy living.

About This Cause

We offer subsidized housing and support services to parents 16 - 30 years old, who have at least 1 child 0 - 5 years old. Parents can stay with us for up to 5 years while they work on their goals.
