Mission Statement
We equip communities with the books, knowledge and inspiration they need to support every child reading by Grade 3.
About This Cause
We are an early literacy organization changing the lives of children and their families. We believe all children should have the opportunity to read with confidence and joy—and that if children have their very own books and fun, safe places to read, they will! To help make that world possible, we provide children with all the essentials to become a thriving reader—quality literacy resources, strong reading role models and special reading places. Through our programs, Book Bank, community reading places and the Little Red Reading House, we are building a vibrant reading community and inspiring a love of reading in the home. To deliver these mighty programs and help set children up for success in school and in life, we unite a diverse group of passionate supporters committed to helping more children experience the life-changing magic of reading.
