Mission Statement
The Child Enrichment Centre - Childcare Society (CECCS) is a not-for profit organization with many dedicated contributors working together to provide governance to the Child Enrichment Centre (CEC) to enable the delivery of quality childcare integrated in the community of Calgary, Alberta. The Centre’s mandate is to provides safe, enriched, family-oriented and accessible daycare to children and families of all different socio-economic backgrounds and cultures within the community.
About This Cause
Our goals are: to provide a secure, dependable, and stimulating environment for children; to provide and promote a safe and healthy environment for the children through a well balanced developmentally appropriate program; and, to provide an activity-centred program with emphasis on holistic development of the child; Our philosophy is: to promote healthy growth of the individual child; to ensure the children feel positive about themselves; and, to use an emergent curriculum approach to help the child make independent choices. Our commitments to you and your child are: to provide a safe nurturing environment that promotes the developmental health of all children; and, to provide full partnership that leads to flexible and responsive services that meets and anticipates the needs of parents.
