Mission Statement
The GTHS is a non-profit charity that operates an animal center serving the south Georgian Bay region by providing shelter for homeless animals and adopting them to caring families. We offer innovative programs that enhance and support the human-animal bond. Our mission is to deliver innovative programs and compassionate services that enhance the lives of pets in need and the people that care for them. Our Core Values are team work, responsive solutions and compassionate service. Together, we enhance lives, inspire compassion and bring joy to pets and people.
About This Cause
The Georgian Triangle Humane Society (GTHS) is a registered charity dedicated to helping animals in need, since 1999. GTHS has no formal boundaries; it serves the area commonly known as the ‘Georgian Triangle’, which includes the communities of Wasaga Beach, Stayner, Creemore, Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, Thornbury, Clarksburg, Meaford and the surrounding areas. At times we have provided assistance to animals beyond this region. The Georgian Triangle Humane Society is a not-for-profit charity in the South Georgian Bay area.
