Mission Statement
We assist persons with developmental disabilities to lead meaningful and healthy lives by partnering with the community to provide a comprehensive range of person-centred services for individuals and the families who care for them.
About This Cause
PosAbilities is a CARF-accredited charity and an amalgam of 5 agencies that came together in 1998 and 2001. We provide a broad range of services to children, youth and adults with intellectual disabilities. We believe in the power of community to create more connected and resilient spaces, to share passions and skills, and to realize opportunity. We also invest in social research and development and social innovation in order to generate future-focused services (please see: http://degreesofchange.ca).
