Mission Statement
Causeway’s mission is to build better communities by employing each person’s abilities. Causeway Foundation supports the avenues to employment offered by Causeway Work Centre through fundraising and maintenance of the Causeway building at 22 O’Meara Street, in Ottawa.
About This Cause
Causeway is a not-for-profit agency that helps people with mental illness and other challenges find meaningful, rewarding work and live more independently. By helping everyone overcome their challenges and reach their full potential, we are helping establish stronger and more inclusive communities. Our goal isn’t just to find work for our clients – it’s to find the perfect fit. We want to make community work by matching community members with the right opportunities. By matching each client with the right job opportunity, we are helping them reach their potential while transforming lives with purpose and belonging.
