Mission Statement
Our mission is to support and empower children with disabilities in the Global South (‘developing countries’), with a particular focus on Peru. Our primary program areas include the provision of assistive technology (such as wheelchairs and walkers), communication therapy, education, supports for families, and human rights training.
About This Cause
We are a small, grassroots organization working to empower children with disabilities in the Global South. Since our inception in 2001, we have helped thousands of children with disabilties (and their families) in Peru to improve their lives through the provision of assistive technology, communication therapy and support, education, awareness raising, and human rights training. We work closely with families, professionals and communities in order to create sustainable changes and a more inclusive world.
