About This Cause
The mission of the Alzheimer Society of Dufferin County is to improve the quality of life of the persons who are impacted by Alzheimer's Disease or other dementias. We provide support to a rapidly growing number of families dealing with dementia. With over 400 families currently served, our ability to meet their needs depends heavily on the generosity of the donors in the community. Our services include individual and group support and coping strategies for persons with dementia, their families and their caregivers, public awareness, supporting research, and advocating for improved dementia care services.
