Mission Statement
We support the relationship between pets and people by generating and allocating resources to subsidize veterinary care for Ontario families in need.
About This Cause
The Farley Foundation is a registered charity that assists low-income pet owners in Ontario by subsidizing the non-elective/emergency veterinary care of their beloved pets. The Foundation aims to assist those who most benefit from the human-animal bond, and currently assists the following categories of pet owners: seniors receiving the Federal Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS), disabled individuals receiving the Ontario Disability Support Payment (ODSP) or the Canada Pension Plan Disability Payment (CPP Disability), women at risk of abuse, Ontario Works recipients, Persons with an annual household income of less than $25,000, pets belonging to seniors' care facilities (supportive housing, long-term care, retirement homes).
