Mission Statement
We are a registered charity providing emergency food assistance and support to local families in need, and providing Food Hub services to smaller foodbanks in the southern Alberta area.
About This Cause
We provide emergency food assistance and support to families and individuals in need in Okotoks, Aldersyde, Davisburg, Dewinton, and parts of the MD of Foothills surrounding Okotoks. We provide a Food Hamper program, Help Yourself Shelf program, Christmas Hampers, Adopt A Family program, as well as extras at Easter and Thanksgiving. We have had a Community Learning Garden for five years now which will provide fresh food for families accessing the Food Bank and promote a healthier community. We feel blessed to have the support of so many generous donors and talented volunteers. We continue to rise to the challenge of assisting individuals and families in need because of your support. We are truly thankful!
