Mission Statement
JLYS Centre for Families is a local Calgary non-profit organization that attempts to slow down life enough to build friendships with low income mother's & their children by providing a safe environment for them to find practical helps (such as food, clothing & shelter); physical, emotional and spiritual care; and genuine relationships that grow into friendships.
About This Cause
JLYS is a diverse community of women and children, who gather each week to share a meal together, build friendships and encourage each other. we enjoy having conversations that nurture emotional and spiritual needs while our children are cared for in our play area with fun and creative activities.
