About This Cause
Danish Muslim Aid (DM-Aid) was founded in 2005 and immediately began its work with collecting funds for the poor and needy, as well as disseminating information about people in need. DM-Aid is an independent, non-political aid organization that works according to its own agenda and in cooperation with other aid organizations. DM-Aid is approved as an emergency aid organization by both the police and tax authorities. DM AID is a member of ISOBRO (https://isobro.dk/). Danish Muslim Aid aims to: Carry out development assistance and emergency aid in poor parts of the world, in accordance with general Muslim guidelines on the duty to help fellow human beings - to carry out charitable and generally beneficial activities both here and abroad -to work for peace, health and good human conditions -to work for humanity, cooperation and good coexistence among all races, peoples and religions - to work to assist and help oppressed and marginalized populations or population groups - to cooperate with other organizations and associations to promote the association's objectives
