About This Cause
The Palaestra association is a non-profit association born from the meeting between health, care and physical activity professionals driven by the same desire : Promote the practice of health-related physical activities in our territory Our wish : to support you in a friendly, caring and professional manner towards regular physical activity thanks to small group classes led by coaches specialized in their field. The goal : to ensure personalized progress in a unique and comfortable setting close to home. We have therefore created a space, within our future care center, capable of hosting multiple activities throughout the week for all ages and all levels in order to be able to support all people wishing to take care of their health and their well-being by practicing physical activity. The name of the association also comes from the function of this place which brings together, as in the palestra of Antiquity, care and health activities, baths, physical and educational activities. We therefore hope that you will be happy to come and meet in this space to share good times around sport. The Collegiate Board of Directors of the association.
