Mission Statement
Bátor Tábor Foundation provides life-changing experiences, strength ant the tools to live and to recover for seriously ill children and their families. All of this is for free. We believe that the sun always shines beyond the clouds!
About This Cause
Bátor Tábor returns cancer-afflicted and chronically ill children to their carefree childhoods. Bátor Tábor belongs to Serious Fun Children’s Network (SFCN), a global alliance of recreational therapeutic camps, founded by Paul Newman. We are a regional non-profit, helping children with chronic diseases in 4 countries: Czech Republic Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. Since 2001 we have provided life-changing recreational therapy in our camp sessions and through our hospital outreach programs free of charge. We give back the courage to more than 3000 children and affected family members per year.
