At Aulia Adhyatmik Anusandhan Kendra, our mission is to empower women in Bihar by restoring their dignity, fostering independence, and enhancing their quality of life. We are committed to addressing the socio-economic challenges faced by rural women, particularly the issues of literacy and harassment, by providing comprehensive training and skill development opportunities. Our Core Objectives Empowerment through Education Literacy Programs: We aim to increase the literacy rate among rural women by offering accessible and effective educational programs. Our literacy initiatives are designed to equip women with basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, which are essential for their personal and professional growth. Awareness Campaigns: We conduct awareness campaigns to educate women about their rights and the importance of education. By fostering a culture that values learning, we aspire to create a community of informed and confident women. Skill Development for Economic Independence Vocational Training: We provide vocational training in various trades such as tailoring, handicrafts, and agriculture. These programs are tailored to meet the market demands and leverage the existing skills of the women, thus enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial potential. Micro-Enterprise Development: By offering training in business management and financial literacy, we encourage women to start and sustain their own micro-enterprises. Restoring Dignity and Ensuring Safety Legal Support and Counseling: We offer legal assistance and counseling services to women facing harassment and domestic violence.
