About This Cause
SAVE was formed to save the society by systematically imparting knowledge, wisdom and values to enable the individuals to lead principle centered life and offer practical holistic services to the modern society. The core philosophy of SAVE arose from the realization that it is imperative to focus on character development in society as a necessary first step towards advancing a s a person a s a nation and a s a civilization. Objectives - To Train The participants in a holistic way of life covering important aspects of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. To Organize Anti-Addiction Workshops to prevent the younger generation from self-destructive habits. To Distribute Free meals at all our centres and provide monetary aid for education of underprivileged students. To Educate Everyone in the principles of yoga and organize pragmatic yoga workshops for a balanced lifestyle. Why Save Values? Our world is in crisis, environmentally, socially and economically. While global turmoil manifests at the physical level, it is actually a crisis of values, for the origin is within the hearts and minds of men and women. Values are the essence of who we are as human beings. They powerfully impact what we create in our lives and the world. When education has positive values such as peace, love, respect, honesty, cooperation and freedom at its heart, certainly the world will witness a positive transformation. Understanding the importance of values, the Society for Applied Value Education aims to help people embellish their personality by cultivating these values in their life and thereby make a positive difference in the world.
