Mission Statement
To provide shelter and care for homeless men in Dublin. To offer equal support to all men of all creeds or no creeds. To share the love of God with those who are homeless.
About This Cause
The Morning Star Hostel has been supporting homeless men in Dublin since 1927. We have 64 residents. The Morning Star Hostel is entirely run by trained volunteers who are inspired by the words of Jesus and His Blessed Mother. Our guiding principle is to love one another. This message gives our residents hope and supports them on their road to recovery. Our residents are equally cared for, whether from a Christian background, another faith tradition or no faith tradition.
