Mission Statement
Cork YMCA offers a range of supports and services to socially excluded young people so that they can develop socially, physically and spiritually and become active citizens.
About This Cause
Cork YMCA has existed since 1892. 40 years ago it changed its focus and mission to respond to the serious social issue of youth unemployment. Since that time the scope of the work has broadened to encompass young people needing independent living supports and counselling, health education, information services and a youth Open Space (run effectively by young people for young people)
