Mission Statement
Scartleigh N.S. is a nurturing school where each pupil learns holistically in a happy, secure and caring environment. It is a school where all pupils can develop their spiritual, moral, physical, creative and academic potential. We recognise and value the uniqueness of each child in our school. We are a school with a Catholic Ethos and we also give due recognition to pupils of all other religious beliefs and none. We are an inclusive setting and welcome many children with special educational needs.
About This Cause
We are a primary school for boys and girls based in the beautiful village of Saleen just a short walk for the gorgeous East Ferry. We have 16 mainstream classes and five classes for autistic children. We are a safe haven for all our pupils . We have a lovely playground that is used daily by the children. The playground is over 15 years old now and needs to be repaired , the soft flooring needs repairing and some of the equipment requires replacement.
