Mission Statement

The Foundation aims to undertake initiatives and provide money, goods or services in favor of: a) ACTIVITIES OF GENERAL INTEREST for civic, solidarity and social utility purposes with particular attention, but not exclusively, to the activities regulated in letters a), b), d), f), h), i) and u) of Article 5, paragraph 1, of the Italian Third Sector Code (charity aims); b) DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE due to physical, mental, economic, social and family conditions, paying particular attention and care to the needs of minors. In order to achieve its purposes, the Foundation, in compliance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Third Sector Code, may raise funds, resources and other benefits by organizing, promoting or even supporting, by way of example and not limited to, activities, events, demonstrations and conferences of a cultural, musical, sporting, recreational nature and within the limits of the law, also through auctions, markets or games. It may also take action to directly or indirectly support associations and foundations operating in the charity, both by promoting the provision of money, goods and services or other utilities in their favor, and by promoting their activity or even simply their visibility and promotion, or by facilitating their collaboration, aggregation and sharing of initiatives and activities. There are no territorial limits to the activities of the Foundation, with a particular attention to the City of Florence and the Tuscany Region.
