Our mission is to contribute to realize every youth's economic independence through employment support, awareness raising activities, and parents support.
About This Cause
1)Employment support training programs for youth Employment support training programs for youth (i.e. IT skills training, community support training; trial internship training) in order for youth to become economically- independent. Career counseling and follow-up peer activities. 2)Collaboration programs with private companies Collaboration programs funded by private companies to bridge the needs of undeserved youth and CSR strategies (i.e. internship opportunities, provision of new employee training activities) 3)Parent support programs Parents support programs include individual counseling and support seminars for parents of underserved youth to receive necessary information and networking opportunities. 4)Career education programs (Preventive Measures) Career education programs are implemented to prevent children of becoming underserved (securing economic independence). The career education programs include awareness-raising programs as "Money Education", "Green Connection" etc. Those programs are mainly provided at high schools and provided with knowhow support from financial institutions (i.e: banks). 5)Collaborative programs with Government Collaboration programs with central/local governments (Ministry of Health, labor and welfare, Ministry of agriculture, Forest and fisheries etc.) including "Youth Support Station Program" funded by Ministry of Labor and Welfare in Saitama, Osaka, Kawaguchi areas.
