Our mission is to create a caring community and to stop food waste. How can we do that? By sharing food resources.
About This Cause
We provide our clients with food that supports a healthy diet. Thus, your donations are absolutely vital to our goal to give everyone referred to us a balanced and nutritious supply of food. 1,2 million people in the Netherlands live below the poverty line 135.000 people receive help from the Food Bank (voedselbank) 38 % is younger than 18 years of age 53 % is between 30 and 50 years of age 52 % is female and 48% is male 30.500 households 40% is single and 24% are families 30% are single parent families 1 in 8 kids in the Netherlands goes to school hungry
