About This Cause
CHESIDS is registered as Centre for Health Systems Support and Initiatives for Development with Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission. A not-for-profit organization established to contribute towards improving health outcomes in Nigeria. Deploying innovative and collaborative partnerships with public & private entities at all levels (international, national, sub-national and community levels) to achieve its goal. Positioning health as a development issue and believes in innovative multi-sectoral approaches to achieve results in health and development. Recognizing the iterative relationship between health and economic well being (in particular, for women) and designs programs to address this relationship
