About This Cause
WCBH is a non-profit organization belonging to the Civic and Social Organization sector, founded in 2013 by Fiorella Herrera Salas and run by a volunteer team of young university students and graduates from different disciplines. We are a youth led organization that implements socio-environmental projects and initiatives in the communities of the coast, mountain ranges and jungles of Peru. Our activities are focused on the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources, advocating for justice, and raising awareness of environmental issues, in addition to fostering active participation in local communities. In this way, we contribute to the sustainable development of Peru and a BETTER WORLD.
