About This Cause
Brahm Centre is a registered charity (No: 200200167M) with Institution of Public Character (IPC) status, dedicated to Promoting Happier and Healthier Living". Our Vision is to "Empower Every Individual to Create His/Her Own Happiness" The core offerings of Brahm Centre are: 1. Mindfulness Programs for adults, elders and the young. They are offered at our centre, libraries, community clubs and company's premises, in the form of workshops and retreats. 2. Forums on health and happiness on Saturdays, open to all free of charge. 3. Care management and befriending programs to support caregivers and patients referred by hospitals who are suffering from chronic diseases, mental health issues (such as dementia or depression) or consequences of a stroke. Brahm Centre has benefited more than 50,000 people since its launch in 2012. We invite you to volunteer with us in the following areas: 1. Befriending elderly 2. Befriending patients who suffered from a stroke or mental conditions 3. Data Analysis 4. Events 5. Administration and Management 6.
