Mission Statement
Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS), formerly known as Spastic Children’s Association of Singapore (SCAS) is a non-profit / social service organisation established in 1957 dedicated to serving people with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities. In addition, CPAS also dedicates itself to create awareness of cerebral palsy and advocate for equal opportunities for all persons with the condition. CPAS has come a long way and grown into a full-fledged centre comprises of the Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC), a Special Education School (SPED School), and an Adult Services (AS) that includes a Day Activity Centre which nurtures adults on high support with self-help skills and a sheltered workshop-GROW (Goodwill, Rehabilitation and Occupational Workshop) which provides vocational training to maximise their potential for gainful employment in Singapore. CPAS’s comprehensive range of fully integrated programmes and services also includes rehabilitation services such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech and language pathology. At present, CPAS looks after over 700 clients ranging in age from a few months to 55 years old. CPAS’s vision is to empower all persons with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities to realise their full potential and lead fulfilled, dignified lives.

We are non-profit / social service organisation established to provide persons with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities with early intervention, special education, rehabilitation services, day activity centre programme, vocational training and gainful employment in Singapore.
