Coopera ONG is an international development cooperation organization founded in 1992. Its main mission is to improve the quality of life of vulnerable communities through education and professional training, with the objective of fostering strong, independent communities that own their future.

For over 20 years, we’ve been working across Africa, Latin America, and Europe to bring education, healthcare, sustainable jobs, and dignity to those who need it most. Education That Opens Doors Education is at the heart of everything we do. In countries like Senegal, Peru, Uganda, and Guatemala, we build schools, train teachers, and provide vital learning materials. We champion global citizenship education—fostering critical thinking, empathy, and a sense of global responsibility. Solidarity Study Olympiad What if studying could change the world? Through this unique project, students from around the globe donate their study hours, which are converted into funds to support education programs in underserved communities. It's a powerful way to turn learning into action. Mutima Africa – Hope for Survivors of Sexual Violence In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, armed conflict leaves deep scars. At our Mutima Center, we offer medical, psychological, and social support to survivors of sexual violence—helping them heal, recover, and reclaim their lives with dignity. ☀️ Training and Employment in Senegal We're preparing youth for the future by training them in solar energy installation and environmental sustainability. Our goal: to create real job opportunities and reduce forced migration by offering hope at home. Food Sovereignty and Sustainability In places like Congo, Angola, and Zimbabwe, we promote self-sufficient farming and eco-friendly agriculture that restores local ecosystems, feeds communities, and strengthens resilience against hunger. Active and Dignified Aging Across Europe, including Spain, we run programs that enhance the well-being of older adults, encouraging active participation, intergenerational connection, and social inclusion. Medical Missions in Guinea-Bissau Working with skilled medical professionals, we organize health missions offering gynecology, ophthalmology, and specialized care, while also training local healthcare workers to build long-term impact. Humanitarian Relief Where It's Needed Most From Ukraine and Lebanon to the Congo, we respond to humanitarian crises—delivering food, medical supplies, shelter, and trauma support to those affected by war, displacement, or pandemics like Mpox. Community Development in Zimbabwe We support rural communities through sustainable farming and local empowerment projects, helping families grow more food, protect the environment, and break the cycle of poverty.
