Mission Statement

Spiral develops local solutions that have national significance. We focus on three key pillars of work; We develop the essential skills, aspirations, and confidence of young people by delivering high-impact programmes that support their transitions to adulthood. We connect them to exciting opportunities and a holistic network of support designed to respond to the inequality that they experience. We empower our alumni to become changemakers and community leaders by platforming their voices, insight, and power to drive systemic change. Spiral Skills is much more than a delivery organisation; we amplify the voices of our changemakers and provide them with platforms to influence policy and share best practices both locally and nationally.

Spiral is dedicated to transforming the lives of marginalised young people in South London through three core pillars: develop, connect, and empower. Empower: We empower young people to make a difference in their communities by strengthening their voice and leadership. Our initiatives provide platforms for young people to engage in advocacy, influence policy, and lead social justice campaigns.
