About This Cause
PMX is geared towards providing Palestinian artists with opportunities to showcase their music, learn new skills, and connect with the global music industry, aiming to celebrate the existing music scene in Palestine and lift up rising artists globally. Our longer term vision is to help build a sustainable music industry in Palestine, which will offer opportunities not only for musicians, but also entrepreneurs and emerging music professionals who together can create cultural and economic opportunities within Palestine. PMX showcases both established and rising Palestinian artists to local audiences and delegates from the international music industry. These include representatives from record companies, booking agencies, music supervisors, festival promoters and music journalists. Between Expos, PMX maintains and develops links, creating opportunities for Palestinian artists to learn, travel and perform throughout the year and to develop their networks.
