Mission Statement
To see a world in which the needs of humanity are addressed in a way that is spiritual and pragmatic; in which there is recognition for the importance of the soul in psychology; in which the soul is renewed in everyday life for individuals, families, groups, organisations, and society.
About This Cause
We are an educational charity interested in supporting people to awaken to who they really are through offering personal development courses, professional training and counselling & psychotherapy. We also have a Social Impact Project: 'Exploring Anxiety' which aims to reduce the stigma associated with anxiety through creating resilient communities. Through working with local charitable organisations the aim is to train facilitators and establish local support groups along with a collective digital community, where resources and experiences are shared and explored, using the lens of nature. The Psychosynthesis Trust has over 40 years’ experience in training the next generation of counsellors and psychotherapists. Our work is based on psychosynthesis – a transpersonal psychological model and approach which integrates the spiritual aspect of the human experience. We are interested in how psychosynthesis can support people’s development and growth, personally, professionally and in the service of others.
