The Smart Works mission is to help unemployed women into the workplace by giving them the clothes, coaching and confidence they need to succeed.

About This Cause

Created in September 2013, Smart Works is a UK charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women, helping them to get a job and transform their lives. After visiting Smart Works, 62% secure employment within a month. Our vision is to roll out our service across the UK, so that any woman in need can reach a Smart Works centre and benefit from our support.
