About This Cause
In - Deep provides friendship and support to isolated older people living in London. We run weekly healthy eating lunch clubs, dance classes and twice a month our over 50's choir. Every other month we serve three course meals with live entertainment to bring everyone together. We also provide cost of living support at Christmas. We also provide free and low cost music therapy for children with special needs and disabilities as well as arts based holiday workshops, trips for families, free drama sessions.
