To provide support to persons with dementia and their family carers by provision of day care services
About This Cause
Daybreak runs three dementia day centres in Oxfordshire, to help people live well with dementia. We provide cognitive stimulation therapies such as music therapy, art therapy, games and gentle exercise to help our members keep their skills for longer and promote a sense of well-being. Our day centres also provide social interaction and help prevent loneliness. We also provide advice and support to family carers, as well as respite from their care giving responsibilities
