Our primary goal is to empower girls/women and help them unlock their full potential. We are committed to shaping a world where women from all walks of life can thrive together. Our reason for existence is to support women by building their confidence, developing their skill sets, improving their employability prospects, and providing them with access to life-changing opportunities. We believe that by doing so, we can create a more equitable society that values the contributions of women and enables them to achieve their goals. We are dedicated to helping women discover and achieve their purpose and making the world a better place for all women.
About This Cause
bloss.m Limited is a social enterprise that was founded in 2018 with a focus on educating and empowering girls and women in the United Kingdom and other regions around the world. Our services are designed to support women at critical stages in their lives. bloss.m Scholars is a programme that provides black girls in their early years a comprehensive leadership academy which includes modules such as civic participation, leadership skills, confidence-building, career awareness, and practical skills. The bInspired Mentoring Programme, which is available to women from the age of 18, offers mid-intervention services such as career awareness, career support, employment opportunities, life skills, mentorship, and hands-on skills training through partnership with corporate organizations. Lastly, bloss.m Up is our programme designed for young professional women (early tenured employees) and provides community events and interests, membership for career advice and support, as well as coaching from experts and the bloss.m team. We are committed to providing these programs and services to help women build their skills, grow their careers, and thrive in all aspects of their lives.
