About This Cause
BIGKID Foundation is a multi-award-winning youth and community charity. Our mission is to end social exclusion and youth violence. We are experts in youth engagement and strongly believe that behind every kid is something BIG. We equip young people to take control of their lives, find, develop and act on their own potential. We do this through community engagement (sports including football, flag football, basketball; youth club, creative arts, social action, trips and residentials), leadership and mentoring programmes delivered across London. We target hard to reach young people, engaging those who many have given up on. We exist to create opportunities for these young people; to play sport, make friends, improve their leadership skills and make positive life changes in a safe, family environment that is easily accessible.
