Our charity supports older people in North West Kent to lead healthy fulfilling lives, live independently, reduce isolation and love later life.
About This Cause
Our charity covers the Districts of Dartford and Gravesham with additional support in Swanley and other parts of North Sevenoaks District. We support older people by providing a range of daily services from fresh meals, to nail cutting, bathing support, active living day and dementia centres and a range of other Home Support Services. We support thousands of older people every month and rely entirely, as an independent local charity, on raising sufficient funds to continue to support those we serve.
