Mission Statement
We are a local charity, and our main aim is to promote the relief of mental health and promote good mental health with counselling and bespoke therapy free of charge. This is to help disadvantage individuals of any age and those who have been on a long waiting list to receive help and counselling for their mental health issues.
About This Cause
We are offer a free counselling and therapy service to help the well-being and mental health for families, the homeless, Neurodivergent people, Autistic and individuals in crisis who have experienced trauma. All at no cost and with consultations with organisations where we can make sure we are serving our beneficiaries in the most effective ways we can. Our initiative aims to provide a comprehensive bespoke support system focusing on mental health psychotherapy counselling from all backgrounds and walks of life. We offer multiple therapies and person centred counselling. We provide this support free to people on the fringes of society addressing the mental health crisis to alleviate depression and improve overall community well-being. We direct our work across these vectors of suffering including addiction, suicidal ideation and abuse. Providing group and individual therapy working alongside organisations who support people and families affected by drug and alcohol abuse and young people who are facing disadvantages with homelessness. Neurodivergence and Autism are other areas we offer counselling in. The day to day help we offer is for people without the resources to be able to afford counselling or on very long NHS waiting lists to receive the help needed for their mental health.
