About This Cause
Educate a Child Africa Foundation - ECAF was incorporated in 2015, with the primary objective to transform orphans’ lives through the provision of education and basic needs; thereby building a life of dignity. ECAF is a charity that takes pride in various projects it is involved with by giving ongoing educational assistance to orphans and other deprived children in Zimbabwe. Our belief is to create lasting solutions to poverty related problems facing Zimbabwean orphans today. Donors and partnerships are always sought to support and enable initiatives to solve this crisis, contributing towards a brighter future for these children. ECAFS aims to empower orphans to live with greater independence and freedom from poverty. We are dedicated to make a real impact, on real people, in real places. We believe in investing philanthropy into programs, platforms and people so they operate as change agents; recognising the essential roles communities play to ensure our objectives are a success. Our vision is based on dignity, where every orphan or underprivileged child has basic educational opportunities, enabling meaningful prospects.
