About This Cause

Sport in Mind is an awarding winning charity with a simple mission - to improve the lives of children and adults experiencing mental health problems through sport and physical activity. We work in partnership with the NHS to deliver sport and physical activity in a supportive environment in order to help aid the recovery, improve mental and physical health, combat social isolation and empower individuals to move their lives forward in a positive direction.
