Mission Statement
The Boa Foundation is a nonprofit organization that works in alliance with indigenous communities to preserve and protect sacred land, culture and ancient wisdom. We support projects including strategic land buybacks, restoration of native ecosystems, cultural exchange and sustainable living solutions.
About This Cause
We are in a time of synthesis, a time inviting us to weave ancient with the current so we may create a future of balance and harmony. It is imperative to be conscious in every step we take. 80% of the world’s biodiversity is found on indigenous territories. The Boa Foundation stands by the cultures that help life thrive. Languages, music, art and traditions are as valuable as trees in the forest, because they strengthen the values that support all living beings. In addition to land buy-back initiatives, we believe cultural preservation is crucial for our planetary health. By building lasting relationships based on trust and reciprocity, the Boa Foundation serves as a bridge between indigenous communities and the global north, weaving traditional wisdom and modern technology to create a world where wisdom and knowledge come together bringing balance and lasting peace.
