About This Cause
ADHD UK is here to help people with ADHD Thrive. Founded by individuals with ADHD we know how hard ADHD is - and we know that with the right strategies ADHDers can reach their true potential. Our work is centred around five main goals: Information, Support, Research, Awareness & Advocacy. Information: Providing accurate, pertinent, quality information for people with ADHD, their carers and medical professionals. Support: Providing emotional and informational support for people with ADHD and their carers via telephone, email, social media and support groups. Research: Undertaking or funding research that will have a meaningful positive impact on those affected by ADHD Advocacy: Advocating for those with ADHD within Employment, Education, Government and Healthcare. Awareness: Raising awareness and understanding. Changing perceptions to remove any stigma and discrimination of those with ADHD. We are working to positively change what it means to have ADHD. We receive no government funds and rely solely on donations. Please contribute to help us help people with ADHD thrive.
