About This Cause
2020 Levels is a merger of two organisations: 2020 Change and Levels. The two organisations have united behind a common mission: to level the field for young Black and underrepresented people. Established in 2013, we’re tackling youth unemployment and leading the way to a more diverse and inclusive workforce in the UK. Through training programmes, mentorship and support we empower young people from ethnic minority and low socio-economic backgrounds to flourish in the workplace or to start their own businesses. We also support employers to help create an environment conducive to the growth and development of young people (Gen Z). Since our launch we have supported over 2,500 young people. As an organisation we aim to help young people not only develop new skills but also grant them access to opportunities that will help them move up the socio-economic ladder.
