But a life in music comes with unique pressures that can affect mental health. Music Minds Matter is here to support everyone who works in music whether you are on the stage, behind the scenes, on the road, in an office or in the studio. We aim to transform mental health in music to create a healthier music sector and support all the people who keep the music we love playing. Music Minds Matter is here to support everyone who works in music, whether they are on the stage, behind the scenes, on the road, in an office, or in the studio. We’re helping everyone working in music to: get the right service for their mental health as quickly as possible; get emotional support in the moment; access tools and knowledge to stay well; connect with others to build resilience and wellness; learn new ways to help others more effectively. In doing so we aim to transform mental health in music to create a healthier music community and support everyone who keeps the music playing.
