Learn. Grow. Excel Creating Opportunities for Diverse Talent The I Accelerator is the non profit arm of Everything D&I Ltd Talent is everywhere and we aim to ensure opportunity is too! Our focus is to create opportunities for diverse talent with a focus on race, gender and social mobility.
About This Cause
Our programmes create awareness of a wide range of careers and opportunities. We encourage students and professionals to adopt a wide lens when exploring their careers. Our initiatives provide an insight to companies showcasing the wide variety of careers available. The I Accelerator is the Social Impact arm of Everything D&I Ltd. We work with industry leaders including Amazon, Microsoft, PwC to develop innovative initiatives to create a sense of belonging and awareness of career options. We bring our industry expertise to support leading industries to develop their talent pipeline and build an organisation culture that advocates an inclusive corporate culture. As a result of our programmes staff have secured promotions and students have secured opportunities at Rolls-Royce, Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe, Ford, Deloitte and Accenture. Our targeted programmes give attendees the confidence and tools to compete.
