Mission Statement
We aim to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help, caring for them until their owners or loving new homes can be found, no matter how long it takes. We are champions for, and supporters of, vulnerable dogs and cats, determined to create lasting changes for animals in our society. Every year, we care for over 8,000 dogs and cats.
About This Cause
WHAT WE DO At Battersea, we take the time to get to know the needs of every dog and cat that walks through our doors so we can give them the love and expert care they deserve. Our work goes beyond our three centres. It’s why we share our knowledge, provide training and grant funding to animal rescue partners around the world, offer online pet advice and training to anyone who needs it, and campaign to improve the lives of dogs, cats, and their owners. However they need us and wherever they are, we're all in, for them.
