Mission Statement
PHAB stands for (PH) Physically Disabled, (AB) Able Bodied. The members of our Club have different disabilities, and their able-bodied siblings come along as well. We provide activities which all the children can equally take part in and enjoy
About This Cause
The aim of our group is to let children come together regardless of ability. We feel it is important not to focus on the disability, but instead to concentrate on the person inside. We are based in the St. Albans area in Hertfordshire. We have a wide range of members from a variety of different backgrounds who can all come together and enjoy activities with friends and family alike! We meet during most of the school holidays and organise all sorts of events — for example, we have spent weekends away at activity centres around the country, been to the IMAX cinema in London, as well as visiting a host of other attractions and places of interest.
